我们收集什么

- 订阅状态（待确认 / 已确认 / 已退订）与相关时间戳
确认与退订令牌仅以哈希形式存储，不保存明文。
如何使用
用于发送确认信、规则/政策变更提醒，以及处理退订。我们不出售邮箱列表，不与无关品类营销合并，不冒充海关或税务机关。
试水期间，确认类邮件可能受邮件服务商限制，仅向已验证/白名单地址发送；完成自有发信域验证后，向所有完成双重确认的订阅者发送规则变更提醒。
存储与保留
数据保存在运营方使用的数据库（如托管 Postgres）中。退订后我们会将状态标为已退订；记录可能在合理审计期内保留，之后可删除或匿名化。
如何退订
每封变更提醒邮件底部均有一键退订链接。退订一次即生效。若要重新接收提醒，需再次提交邮箱并完成确认（双重确认）。

Privacy (rules / policy update alerts)
This notice covers the free email subscription on the EU Fee Stack estimator. Purpose only: alert you when rules or policy related to the EU remote-sale fee stack change (event-driven — not a weekly digest, not marketing blasts).
What we collect
- Email address you submit
- Language preference (Chinese / English)
- Consent time and policy text version (
privacy-2026-10-10) - Optional: ruleset ID shown on the page at submit time
- Subscription status (pending / active / unsubscribed) and related timestamps
Confirm and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes only — never in plaintext.
How we use it
To send the confirmation email, rules/policy change alerts, and to process unsubscribes. We do not sell the list, merge it into unrelated marketing, or pose as a customs or tax authority.
During trial, transactional mail may be limited by the email provider to verified/allowlisted addresses. After our sending domain is verified, rule-change notices go to all double-opt-in subscribers.
Storage & retention
Data lives in the operator’s database (e.g. hosted Postgres). After you unsubscribe we mark the record unsubscribed; it may be kept for a reasonable audit period, then deleted or anonymised.
How to unsubscribe
Every change-alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. One click takes effect. To hear from us again, submit your email and confirm once more (double opt-in).
